Dont buy the kindle version!

The kindle version I bought is full of missing passages in the dialogues that illustrate how to be assertive. which is really frustrating! My kindle is a first generation model so perhaps this isnt a problem for newer kindle owners (since writing this review I have learnt that this is not in fact the problem). As for the book itself I found it to be very helpful and quite deep, much more than your average book of communication tricks. I was also impressed by how the author has tried to update her material and make it relevant to today's challenges. Oh and by the way I am a man so the book is not only useful for women despite the title. Could someone please write a book for men on good communication please! We need help as much if not more than women...

ps Amazon gave me a complete refund for this faulty book so if it happens to you you can do the same....
