An Excellent Introduction to Christology

Fr Weinandy is well known for his book "Does God Suffer?". In "Jesus the Christ," he leads the reader into Christology (the identity of Jesus Christ) in a slightly less-intensely-academic manner. With cross-references to the Catechsim of the Catholic Church, and spanning everything from the history of the Church's developing refinement in Christological belief to the reader's own new life in the Spirit as a baptised and confirmed Christian, Weinandy's book is perfect for those who want to be able to answer, with Peter, "you are the Christ, the Son of God" when asked "who do you say that the Son of Man is?"

Clearer biblical revelation Jesus

The author tells how he has received a clearer revelation of Jesus Christ exploring His birth,ministry,death and resurrection. It is a good book for people who do not have an accurate biblical understanding of who Jesus is and what He accomplished fulfilling the redemptive plan of God.
