It's always good to get an edge. Winning bids isn't easy - and preparation can feel resource hungry, even more so when you come second.
Scott notes, 'It may only take one good idea well executed to transform your win rate' - well this book full of great ideas and insights.
With stories and practical tips throughout I found it an excellent investment. It reminded, refreshed and provided new approaches to help qualification, powerful pitching and project managing bids.
Short stories, summaries and easy to follow frameworks enrich the tools and techniques.
I wish I had known about these ideas many years ago. They would have saved time and no doubt would have delivered even greater success.
